Shipping & Returns
The standard FWF Medical Products return window is 30 days and the standard restocking fee is 20% unless otherwise published.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders which are canceled by the customer will incur warehouse re-stocking fees. When customers place and order with us it often ships the same day and within hours of the order being placed. If the customer calls to cancel an order, but the goods are already in transit with the shipping provider, then a re-stocking fee will apply. This is necessary because the item has already been, picked, packed, shipped and has left the warehouse on a shipping vehicle.
Damaged Merchandise Return Policy:
When you receive FWF Medical Products merchandise from the shipping company please examine it carefully. If you receive a damaged box, examine the contents immediately and refuse delivery if the merchandise is damaged. If, after accepting the product you discover damaged merchandise, please call 1-800-231-6444 within 48 hours to report the damage and initiate the return request. Failure to report shipping damages within 48 hours of product delivery will result in FWF Medical Products not being able to replace, return, or refund your damaged goods. FWF Medical Products is not responsible for minor manufacturing/manufacturer design changes that may occur with a product. FWF Medical Products is not responsible for variations in color that may exist in certain product.
Non-Damaged Merchandise Replacement Policy:
Products cannot be returned if they have been used, soiled, or if the packaging is destroyed. The product must be in new, resalable condition.
Please check merchandise when received and report any missing merchandise to FWF Medical Products within 48 business hours. Failure to report shipping/packaging errors within 48 hours of product delivery will result in FWF Medical Products not being able to replace your missing goods
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
Outbound and inbound shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
Returns Not Accepted on Under $20 items:
FWF Medical Products does not accept returns on items that cost less than $20. We have implemented this return policy on low-price items because it simply costs our company too much to accept returns on these items. We have very small margins on these "low-cost" items and to accept returns on small items, we would incur operational losses which are impossible for the company to absorb if it is to stay in business and continue serving patients, clients, and customers. Of course, we will always accept a return on items which are defective or damaged during shipment.
Disclaimer Regarding Website Errors & SKU Pricing Errors:
We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, dimensions, pictures and prices are accurate within our database. Should a pricing error arise we will make every attempt to promptly inform the customer. When applicable, FWF Medical Products will promptly refund your transaction if a pricing error has occurred. Ultimately, FWF Medical Products reserves the right to supply or not to supply a product. Products may vary slightly in design and/or color from the illustrations and are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery/transit times vary based on product and we reserve the right to select any carrier method we desire (Fed-Ex, USPS Mail, LTL Freight) unless otherwise specified during your checkout.You must have a physical/street address and not just a PO Box as UPS and/or Fed Ex cannot deliver to a PO Box.
For oversized/heavy items shipping on a pallet you must have a business address with loading dock or forklift to receive a pallet. If you require a lift gate, or have a residential address, additional charges will be incurred.
PLEASE NOTE: It is easier and cheaper for us to address delivery details prior to the shipping of your order. Once in transit, redelivery fees, etc may apply. Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions/concerns before placing your order.
Freight Shipping Disclosure:
All freight deliveries are figured on delivery to a zoned commercial address with an actual loading dock or forklift and standard operating hours of 8am-5pm. Any charges we incur in addition to the standard delivery will be charged directly to you. To help alleviate additional charges being billed to you, if you have any doubts or questions, call us and we can get everything situated before shipping. There still may be some additional charges that need to be added, but if they are done beforehand they are much cheaper than if you are billed later. Below are included some of the standard/possible shipping charges that may need to be added to your order:
- Pre-delivery Call: $25
- Lift gate services: $85
- Secured sites: $85
- Residential deliveries: $149
For International and Canadian Orders:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our Free Shipping option for International/Canadian orders, but we have some great rates with FedEx Economy 4-6 days that includes the brokerages fees. However, it does not include taxes and duties, so Customs may contact you before delivery of your items to pay fees directly to them. If you are unsure of the costs, please contact your country's customs for more information. FedEx Priority is an option for delivery 2-3 days anywhere in the world, please contact us for more information.
